Meet your Course Director

Salvatore Giglione

A lifetime spent underwater – and a career dedicated to training the people who will teach the next generation of divers.

Salvatore discovered his passion for the ocean as a child. He took his first breath underwater with scuba gear in 2004 and began freediving in 2005. Since then he has logged thousands of dives across tropical seas, Italian lakes, Alpine depths, river rapids and ocean currents.

After ten years teaching diving in Italy, he pursued technical diving and instructor certifications up to the highest levels – with one goal: sharing a genuine respect for marine life and training future instructors in safety and environmental awareness.

Today he leads instructor development from his base in Tenerife, where he lives all year round and personally follows every candidate from start to finish. He also works with other PADI 5 Star IDC dive centers across the Canary Islands to raise the quality of professional PADI training.
